Matt Cohen, surveyor
One of the several houses in the district built in the 1930' s on a site
for which a sewer permit was signed by George P. Dier in 1919, this
house is a late example of the Bungalow style, built at a time when new
house forms began to take precedence.
The house, which has undergone little or no alteration, is not listed in the
1927 city directory, listed as vacant in 1933, and the residence of Frank
Anderson, a printer, in 1935-6.
