Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable-roofed enclosed front entry. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a side-entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished with shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters and knee braces. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
