PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story double-family residence of the Bungalow
Style has a rectangular plan with a projecting enclosed front porch which has
a gable roof and brick corner columns. The single-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and 4/1 and 4/2 double-
hung windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding and rests
on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles
and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters. There is one exterior
brick chimney and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular.

The only house in the district attributed to local builder Emil
J . Keisser , this unique example of the Bungalow style is especially
notable for its excellent condition and refined detailing .
In 1927 the house was occupied by Edward L . Guinourard , a laborer ,
and his wife Vera B . Guinourard .
