This one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an irregular plan with an enclosed gable-roofed front vestibule. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a glass-paned front entrance with 6/1 and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in 3" bevel siding and sits on a cinderblock and concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with light green asphalt shinlges and has an interior chimney. Outbuildings include one shed. The axis of the roof of the house lies parallel to the street.
