PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This one-and-one-half story single family residence has a greek cross plan with hipped-roof front porch with a gable overdoor above the steps. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed windows with diamond-leaded upper panes. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding with a 4" overlap and sits on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red asphalt shingles and features wood shingles under the gable ends. The outbuildings include an attached shed. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property. This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
