This one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable-roofed
enclosed front vestibule. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of
a front entrance with 3/1 double-hung, and casement and fixed windows. The
frame construction is finished in aluminum siding and sits on a concrete foundation.
The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features exposed rafters
and a central brick chimney. A garage is attached to the rear of the structure.
The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street (a corner house) .
