This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an side-facing front entrance with fixed and casement windows. The frame construction is finished in hardboard and artificial brick on the west end of the house. The house rests on a concrete block foundation. The gable roof is covered with light green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. There is one offset exterior concrete block chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Alterations include a remodeled exterior made to look like brick.
