Matt Cohen , surveyor
Probably built by local carpenter Eugene Crail and first occupied
by John W . Caddell , this simple eaves front house is a fine
example of typical residential construction following the
general eclipse of the Bungalow style in the 1930 ' s .
Crail seems to have secured the lot and sewer permit for this
house four or five years before actually building it . Also
attributed to Crail is 314 S . 7th Ave , next door .
