PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with five steps leading to the projecting enclosed front entrance. The entry has a gabled roof. The two-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by two metal sidelights , and 8/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation covered with brick veneer. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features two small , gabled dormers and overhanging eaves with exposed rafters. There is one central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or everts associated with this property.
