PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one- half story single-family residence has a rectan-
gular plan with an enclosed gable-roofed front porch and a square energy
addition to the south. The two-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of
a central front entrance flanked by two pair of shuttered 1/1 double-hung
windows. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and rests on
a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles
and features two front-facing gabled dormers and partially returning eaves.
The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a
garage with a gable roof.

significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic
'I district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Progressive
Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.

built for Roy E . Grigg , a physician , and his wife Lavina B .
Grigg , who were listed as living here in 1933 .
