Anderson , a rancher , in 1936 . Though it retains a common Bungalow form of a gable front block with as off-center , gabled entry porch , the house is a fine example of a modest , post-Bungalow house style . The builder may have been C . E . Albrecht , who signed the sewer permit for the site as " agent" ( " Prigge ' s" appears as " owner" on the permit as well . ) Bibliography Application for Sewer Connection , August 12 , 1936 , Myrtle L .
