This detached one-and-one-half story singlefamily residence has a rectan- gular plan with a shed roofed front porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetri- cal and consists of an off-center front porch with fixed and 6/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco on the first floor and shingles on the upper portion. The structure rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shakes and features dormers and boxed eaves. There is a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
