This detached one-and- onelhalf story single-family residence has a square
plan with a shed roofed front porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and 9/1 double-hung
windows. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and rests on
a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red-grey
asphalt shingles and features shed roofed dormers and overhanging eaves
with exposed rafters. There is one chimney. The axis of -the main roof
is perpendicular to the street.
