PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an enclosed entry with a gable roof and rounded doorway with con- trasting bordering brickwork. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows shaded by awnings. The frame construction is finished in brick coursing and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Alterations include a possible addition in back with a flat roof. Outbuildings include a garage. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
