This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with a rounded front door set under a gable roof, forming an enclosed entryway. The three-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset paneled front entrance flanked by fixed and 4/4 and 6/6 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on a concrete founda- tion. The gable roof is covered with red asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a central brick chimney. Outbuildings include a garage.
