This detached two-story-single-family residence has a square plan with a shed-roofed open front porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. A gabled dormerlike projection faces the street from the roof. Outbuildings include a playhouse and swimming pool .
