A fine example of a typical 1920 ' s pattern book house , this modest ,
2-story residence may have been built by Charles E . Whitehead .-
who is listed as being the resident here in 1927 .
Though a house appears on this site on both the 1904 and 1912 Sanborn
Maps , only on the 1927 Sanborn Map is a house shown with an identical
plan to this one . Architecturally , the house does not appear to
have been built much earlier than 1927 .
