PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. r This detached two-story single-family residence has a square plan with a shed-roofed open front porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. A gabled dormerlike projection faces the street from the roof. Whitehead .- who is listed as being the resident here in 1927 . Though a house appears on this site on both the 1904 and 1912 Sanborn Maps , only on the 1927 Sanborn Map is a house shown with an identical plan to this one .
