noting a „gnificant architectural features.
This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan
with a gable roofed front porch with solid railing and an attached garage.
The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offcenter front entranc
flanked by 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in
stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with
green asphalt shingles and has a central brick chimney. The axis of the
roof is perpendicular to the street.
