This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable roofed front porch with solid railing and an attached garage. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offcenter front entrance flanked by 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and has a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons car events associated with this property. Sievert in the late 1930 ' s , the others being 712 and 714 S . 7th Ave . , this house is a fine example of a very late manifestation of the Bungalow style . The stuccoed walls provide a clue to the date of the structure . Jonathan Walker , a farmer , is listed as the resident here in 1940 and 1942 .
