Matt Cohen , surveyor
One of three very similar houses on this block built by Lou F .
Sievert in the late 1930 ' s , the others being 712 and 714 S . 7th
Ave . , this house is a fine example of a very late manifestation
of the Bungalow style . The stuccoed walls provide a clue to the
date of the structure .
Jonathan Walker , a farmer , is listed as the resident here in
1940 and 1942 .
