NMI 111gnificant architectural features.This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with
an enclosed gable-roofed front entry with decorative gable-end design.
The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance
with fixed and 4/4 double-hung windows . The frame construction is finished
in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered
with grey asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. and two brick chimneys.
The axis of the main roof is paralllel to the street. Outbuildings include
a garage.

Of marginal architectural significance , this house is nevertheless
an interesting example of the diversity of residential forms
available even on a very modest level in the 1930 ' s . The house
was probably built by local carpenter William D . Willmore , who
not only signed the 1938 water permit for the site , but was listed
as the resident here in 1940 ;
