Matt Cohen , surveyor
One of three very similar houses on this block built by Lou F .
Sievert in the late 1930 ' s , the others being 708 and 712 S .
7th Ave . , this house is a fine example of a very late manifestation
of the Bungalow style . The stuccoed walls provide a clue to the
date of the structure .
Frank Gates was the resident here in 1940 .
