This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a
recessed front porch and a garage under the main roof. The two-bay facade
is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and casement
windows with shutters. The frame construction is finished in stucco and
rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with grey asphalt
shingles and has overhanging eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the
roof is parallel to the street.
