PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials. This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a stepp gable roof with flared side covering an enclosed stone-faced front entry. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with 4/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features dormers and overhanging eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
