This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a large gable roof inte-rsect outlining the front entrance and a covered patio
in back. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance
with fixed and sliding sash windows . The frame construction is finished in
bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered
with brown asphalt shingle$ and features overhanging eaves and an exterior
brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings
include a garage.
