This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a large gable roof intersect outlining the front entrance and a covered patio in back. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and sliding sash windows. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and an exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
