This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed corner porch. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and casement and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters. There is an exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicullar to the street. Part of the front porch has been enclosed to form another room.
