his detached one-story single-family residence has been converted to a commercial
structure and has a rectangular plan with an enclosed gabled front porch , as well
as additions to the rear and side. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of
an offset front entrance with casement windows which have replaced the windows
in the original structure. The frame construction is finished in 21-2" beveled
siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar
shingles and has knee braces with exposed rafters. There is a central brick
chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
