Main 1985 revision Matt Cohen , surveyor One of the best examples of the few turn of the century houses in the district , this well preserved , Queen Anne/Colonial Revival style house is very similar to the neighboring 522 W . Main St . The two may have been built at the same time and by the same builder . The next house in the row , 606 W . Main St . , is also similar , though to a lesser degree . By the first decade of this century , the house was occupied by traveling salesman Amsy D. Sprague . By 1927 , James R . Poor , owner of the J . R . Poor & Son grocery store on W . Main St . , was the resident here . Bibliography Application for Sewer Connection , October 7 , 1909 , A . D . Sprague Water Service Renewal , December 1930 , Mrs . J . R . Poor .
