PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has been converted
to a commercial structure and has an irregular plan with a hipped front porch
on Roman doric columns. There is a shed overhang above the steps. The facade
is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with a bay window
projecting into the porch area. There is a beveled-glass , leaded, diamond-paned
window in the living room. The frame construction is finished in 6" drop
siding and rests on a limestone and sandstone foundation. The cross-axial
gable roof is covered with light green asphalt shingles and features returning
eaves and a central brick chimney. Outbuildings include a converted garage
with an asphalt shingled pyramid roof.

district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic
Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
