1985 revision
Matt Cohen , surveyor
This well - preserved , vernacular , turn of the century house ,
which is generally similar in plan and design to the neighboring
516 and 522 W . Main St . , was probably built by J . Lewis Gracey ,
a printer . The house is an important element in this turn of the
century streetscape .
J . L . Gracey , who signed the sewer permit for this site in 1906 , is
listed in the directory of that year as a " Particular Printer and
Rubber Stamp Manufacturer . " According to the 1910 directory , he
owned " Gracey ' s Print Shop" at 107 W . Main . Gracey is not listed
in the 1912 directory .
By 1927 , George L . Stuckey , a janitor , was living here .
