This detached one-and-one-half story multi -family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed-roofed front porch spanning the front. The porch has a gable overdoor above the steps and is supported by four wood posts. The one=bay facade is symmetrical and consists of front entrances located centrally with 1/1 double- hung windows. The frame construction is finished in lapped siding with shingled gable ends. The gambrel roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features returning eaves and a gambrel dormer to the side. Outbuildings include a rental behind.
