Matt Cohen , surveyor
This simple Bungalow style house is of minor archi -
tectural significance , though nevertheless makes an
important contribution to the streetscape . It retains
high integrity , with the exception of the asbestos shingle
sheathing .
The original owners were probably Albin T . Kuntz ,
proprietor of the Vienna Bakery at 26 W . Main St . , and
his wife , Elizabeth Kuntz . They were listed in the 1910-11
City directory as living on S . Black St . , and in the 1912=
13 directory as residing here . Elizabeth Kuntz signed the
1911 water permit for the site . In 1927 , Adam Mallon , a
rancher , was the resident here .
