This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with a hipped roof front porch with solid railing. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with 1/1 , 3/1 and 5/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and sits on a concrete foundtion. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features a gable-roofed dormer and a shed-roofed dormer. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.& and has bracketed eaves with exposed rafters.
