1985 revision
Matt Cohen , surveyor
A fine example of a common eaves front Bungalow house type ,
this large house is located on a corner lot , and is visible
from across the open yards of the Emerson School to the east .
The house was probably built by local carpenter Ora E . Long for
Frank G . Alderson , a linotype operator . A somewhat unusual
feature is the arcaded , recessed front porch .
