PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structurelsite,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a greek cross plan with
a hip-roofed wrap-around front porch with gable overdoor above the steps. There is
a spindle railing on one small portion of the porch with round columns supporting
the rest. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front
entrance with 211 double-hung and fixed windows. There is a larged fixed window
in front with a decorative trim. The frame construction is finished in novelty
siding and has decorative shingles on the gable ends , and contrasting trim pieces.
The gable-roof is covered with cedar shingles and features a central brick chimney.
Outbuildings include two sheds to the rear of the house.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with-this property.
This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic
district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic
Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
