PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structurelsite,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This two-story multi-family residence has a rectangular plan with a front porch across the front of the structure, with columns supporting the hipped roof. There is a small gable overdoor above the steps. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a a glass-paned front entrance with 1/1 double-hung and fixed windows , with a small semi-circular window in the gable end and a small leaded window in front. The frame construction is finished in 3" beveled siding and sits on a cut stone foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features dormers and a masonry chimney with metal top. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a shed. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with-this property. This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic Phase of Bozemants historic/architectural development.
