1985 revision
Matt Cohen , surveyor
This simple , vernacular , Colonial Revival style house makes a
significant contribution to the streetscape . It was probably
built in 1904 by A . Wesseich - possibly a local builder .
In 1927 Mrs . Catherine L . McDonnell (widow of William L . McDonnell )
was residing here , though was not the original owner .
