PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials. Discuss significant architectural features. This one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an irregular plan with a wrap-around front porch under a hipped roof. There are round stucco columns supporting the roof, arched and decorated. There is also an enclosed rear porch with a hipped roof. The two-bay- facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-set front entrance with 2/2 and 1/1 double-hung, and fixed windows, one with beveled, leaded glass and the other with a diamond pattern pane. The frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation covered with stucco. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features two stucco chimneys. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
