One of the finest examples of the Colonial Revival style
in the district , and identical to 521 W . Olive St .
directly across the street , this house was built at the
beginning of Bozeman ' s early 20th century building boom.
Unfortunately , very little history of either of these
I
prominent , corner lot buildings is presently known .
In the 1930 ' s , and into the 1940 ' s Dr . Harvey Fearn , a
dentist , was the resident here .
