This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a greek cross plan
with a gable-roofed porch supported by two pairs of wood posts. The frame construction
is finished in sh-iplap and sits on a cinderblock foundation. The gable-hipped
roof combination is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging
eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street
with a front-facing intersecting gable. Outbuildings include a garage.
