Matt Cohen , surveyor
This modest Bungalow style house on the perifery of the district
was probably built by local carpenter A. J . Svorvkmoe . This
house , and 619 W . Olive next to it , are isolated from the rest
of the W . Olive St . streetscape to the east by house lots of
S . 6th Ave . , which follow a north-south orientation .
In 1927 , traveling salesman Peter D. Morrison , and his wife
Lillian B . Morrison , were living here .
