PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan
with a recessed front porch with solid railing. The frame construction is finished
in beveled 2" siding and shingles in the gable ends and features 4/1 , 3/1 , 6/1 , and
7/1 double-hung windows. There is a bay window on the east with a shed roof
supported by knee braces. The structure sits on a concrete foundation scored to
look like blocks. A new open deck has been added to the rear. The gable roof
is covered with light grey interlocking asphalt shingles and features a front
dormer with a gable roof, and exposed rafter ends with knee braces. There is
a central brick chimney and a metal stovepipe in the rear. The axis of the roof
is parallel to the street.

information concerning persons or events associated with this property.

district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic
Phase of Bozeman's historic/architectural development.
