This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed front porch with solid railing. The frame construction is finished in beveled 2" siding and shingles in the gable ends and features 4/1 , 3/1 , 6/1 , and 7/1 double-hung windows. There is a bay window on the east with a shed roof supported by knee braces. The structure sits on a concrete foundation scored to look like blocks. A new open deck has been added to the rear. The gable roof is covered with light grey interlocking asphalt shingles and features a front dormer with a gable roof, and exposed rafter ends with knee braces. There is a central brick chimney and a metal stovepipe in the rear. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
