Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an open projecting front porch which has a hipped roof, on two square columns and a trellis around the raised base. The single-bay facade is asymmetrica and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. The fixed windows have a diamond pattern on the upper section. The frame construction is finished in white asbestos and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with light green asphalt shingles and features one central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Alterations include the wide horizontal siding. Outbuildings include a two-car garage.
