PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a corner
open porch beside a bay window to the front. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an offset front entrance with 2/2 and 4/4 double-hung windows.
There is leaded glass in the upper portion of the large window in front
and there are cornices above the exterior windows. The frame construction is
finished in beveled siding with very intricate shingle detail in the gable ends ,
including a decorative frieze under the eaves. The gable-hipped combination
roof is covered with light green asphalt shingles and has one metal chimney in
the rear. Outbuildings include a garage.

Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
