Discuss significant architectural features. This one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an open front corner porch next to a projected bay window under its own gable roof. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows, with beveled leaded glass in the upper portion of the two front windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding and decorative shingles in the gable ends , the gable ends having a small semi-circular opening for ventilation. The foundation is of large cut stone. The gable-hipped roof combination is covered with a reddish beign asphalt shingle and features two brick chimneys. The outbuildings include a garage. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research--in--the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property. This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
