Curtiss 1985 revision Matt Cohen , surveyor An excellent example of one of the several similar , vernacular Queen Anne style houses in the district , this one is also significant as part of a group of four similar houses , 415 , 419 423 W . Curtiss being the others . This house differs substantially from the others in that it relates to its corner location with a second projecting bay , set 900 off from the front one . In this respect , it is especially similar to several house patterns in Fred T. Hodgson ' s mail order house pattern catalog , such as " House Design " Nos . 1032 , 1038 , 1076 ( see appendix ) .
