PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached two-story multi-family residence has a rectangular plan with an attached shed. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central transomed front entrance flanked by fixed windows and double-hung 2/2 windows with colored glass set in the upper pane. Wooden steps and railing lead to the hipped front entry porch which has a gabled eyebrow over the entry and turned wood columns supporting it. The frame construction is finished in white asbestos siding and the foundation is not visible. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features a gabled wall dormer over the entry and boxed eaves. There is one central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage of 1 " x 8" drop siding.
