PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one=half story single-family residence has an L-shaped
plan with a hipped roof open front porch, a small gabled bay on the east side,
an attached shed-roofed garage, and a shed-roofed back porch. The one-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central oval-glass front entrance
with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows, one of which is beveled leaded glass
in a diamond pattern on the top portion. The frame construction is finished
in beveled siding and has a corner trim. It rests on a concrete foundation.
The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features a gabled .
dormer and returning eaves with vertical tongue and groove siding and round
finials on the points. There is a central brick chimney. The axis of the
roof is parallel to the street.

significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic
district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic
Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
