This detached two-story single-family residence has a square plan with an off-center oval-glassed front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows with cornices. There is an open front wrap-around porch adjoining a projecting side bay, which has latticework in front and a smaller right side entrance. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding with corner trim and shingles in tile gable ends. The structure rests on a concrete foundation. The combination gambrel-gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed, returning eaves. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street with an intersecting gable roof facing parallel . Outbuildings include a garage of dropped siding.
