This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with a shed-roofed porch across the front with solid railing and side access and an old enclosed outside stairway. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and double-hung windows with leaded glass in a diamond pattern. There is a bay window to one side. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with light green asphalt shingles and features a full shed-roofed wall dormer across the front and across the back. There are overhanging eaves with exposed rafters and knee braces. There is a brick chimney and the axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage of dropped siding. 1 HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
